Grace was born in England into a family of accomplished artists. She was raised in New Zealand and moved to South Australia in 1972. Living in Burra, she got together the Clare Valley Artists' Group, and started an Artists' Trail.
Grace’s impressionist paintings explore colour and form. She is passionate about colour. Grace explains: "I use colour to create emotions. I just love exploring new methods and ways of applying paint, so my work is constantly evolving and changing."
