This is Newmarch's favourite painting in this series. All the elements are present. Set to the words of Leonard Cohen the images nudge each other, evoking other associations. The Star of David, a recognized symbol of Judaism, is placed in the middle of the circular stained glass window from the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris. The heart with both star and circle fits on the hand. The piece of the jigsaw reflects the molecular structure of the napalm molecule and Kim Phuc is once again running towards the viewer.
