I have been drawing and making collage for about nine years. I have painted in the tonal realist style for about five years. I studied and am still studying drawing and painting with Roland Weight and Lise Temple, who I met fifteen years ago at the School of Encouragement in Byron Bay.

This School was set up by Roland and others with the aim of teaching absolutely anyone the skills of drawing, painting and sculpture. I have held three one person shows in Melbourne and another two shows with Kim Houston, who is a Melbourne based painter.

My current aim is simply to continue my art activities with a view to one day making a contribution to the Australian art oeuvre. I am also a composer of music for piano and have plans to release a CD of my music sometime in the next year.
