Zoe Freney has studied painting at Adelaide Central School of Art, where she was awarded two Part Scholarships, and is currently in her final year of the Bachelor Degree at Adelaide Centre for the Arts.
Zoe is also a wife and mother and lives with her family in a strawbale house in the Adelaide Hills. These roles inspire and motivate her art practice. In particular, spending days at home with her 2 ½ year old son has helped her to remember the magic inherent even in ordinary things. She hopes her paintings help people see the world with wonderment again.
